We are happy to announce Sponsorships for our 2025 FIFEC Conference at the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World, July 23rd through July 25th is NOW OPEN. There are NEW Sponsorship Levels to choose from. Back by popular demand, we are offering the opportunity to Exhibit and Sponsor at the Ruby Level and the ultimate FIFEC experience combining all three Conference Sponsors, Conference Exhibitors, and Golf Tournament Sponsor at the Diamond Level. Also, NEW this year, we are taking FIFEC to the next level with a Headshot Photo Lounge in our Pearl Sponsorship Level where conference attendees will have a professional photo taken with instant delivery in your private room. These sponsorship levels increase your brand exposure, provide important goods and services to our conference attendees, and help fund scholarship grants to enable law enforcement and state prosecutors to attend FIFEC.

This important sponsorship is our most affordable offering these benefits:

One (1) Complimentary 2025 FIFEC Conference registration!
A list of 2025 FIFEC registrants, who have agreed to share their information 4 weeks before the conference date. A post-conference list will follow.
A full-color board poster displayed on a 30” round high-top table affording a surface area for business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Your interactive logo, with a link to your business’s website, will be featured in the Silver Sponsor section of the FIFEC website for a full year until the following conference.

Minimum bid starts at $2,500

Pearl Sponsorship Bid Form

The winning bidder becomes the official supplier of that item. Pearl Sponsors receive enhanced Pearl Sponsor benefits including complimentary FIFEC registrations depending on the bid amount.
