2017 Conference Info
Awards recognizing the achievements of our colleagues will again be presented during this year's Annual Banquet in Orlando, Florida. The recipients will be awarded plaques honoring their efforts.
To be considered for these awards, nominees must be a Florida member in good standing with IASIU, a law enforcement officer, an employee of the Bureau of Insurance Fraud, a prosecutor/insurance defense attorney or a law enforcement/insurance analyst. While it is important to relay information about the background and outstanding personal attributes of the nominees, the awards will be based solely on the qualifying areas shown in each of the seven nomination categories.
Nominations for all categories (except Jerry Zappolo) are limited to
specific cases/investigations concluded in 2016 or 2017.
The awards will be based solely on the content of the letter of nomination; however, supporting documentation including newspaper articles are encouraged. Please send supporting documents via e-mail or regular mail to the Chair and Co-Chair listed below right. Nominations will be judged by the Awards Committee and their decisions are final.
Thank you for your interest. Awards are closed at this time. Please check back for opportunities to nominate your peers in early 2018.
